Anger has become an increasing problem in the American workplace. Although a little anger is a good thing, too much anger causes a lot of problems for everybody in an office, business, or factory.
The truth is simple. Being an angry worker is no fun. Being around an angry worker is no fun either. And working in an angry workplace is a miserable experience.
The bottom line is this: in this modern age, where every person's work depends upon others, business cannot afford the disruptions caused by excessive anger. There are 3 good reasons, then, to read this booklet. First, to learn some ways to control your own anger. Second, to learn how to help others with their anger (and how not to get caught up in it). Third, to help you start thinking about ways to reduce anger in your workplace.
